Catriona Yule lives in Aberdeen and works as an English tutor in Aberdeenshire.
She is a poet, short story writer and playwright.
Her first poetry collection, Shedding Skin,
is published by Koo Press
and was launched at the regular
Dead Good Poets night on Thursday 29th November 2007.
Her first full length play, Birdhouse, has been chosen for the
WAC New Play Festival to be performed at The Lemon Tree in February 2009.
Her poem Ocean was published on the Poetry Scotland Open Mouse Spot in November 2008.
Catriona Yule performs with the
Blue Salt Collective, presenting poetry accompanied by visual images, live
music and dance.
She is currently continuing to develop her short fiction techniques through the
Open College of the Arts.
