yesterdays flipchart
telling yesterdays participants
what it was they needed to know
there is no 'I' in team
four tables pushed together
four people held together
all wearing badges with their names
and more importantly their title
there is no dream in 'I'
in the room you could hear the sound
of a cold wind blowing
dust clogged their eyes
a tumble-weed rolled unacknowledged
across the desert of the tops
I dream there is no...
a figure in a combination shirt and tie
rose from his place
and pulled the top from a black felt pen
as he wrote on a virgin sheet
wet patches appeared beneath his arms
the three things which I could do better are...
